This is the train of thought that started with my new deviantID and eventually resulted in the Seal of Apep.
Makes sense, as Bastet is the goddess of cats {among other things}. It's a pity they never played on that fact in the series.
Oh, and about the title: "Mao" is Egyptian {and therefore, probably also Goa'uld, Abydonian et c} for Cat.
